Dedicated mobile application (Android and IOS) created strictly for the customer’s needs, integrated with the loyalty program. Over time, expanded with a dedicated portal. Goals: development of sales competences, education about products from the client’s portfolio, easy and quick access to knowledge and activities created under the program.
