OXYGEN was created for the needs of Kompania Piwowarska’s internal sales force. It is an incentive program with a well-developed educational module. Goals? Ambitious! The most important of these include: increasing sales of high-margin brands, developing the team’s sales competences and increasing the product knowledge of sales representatives for more effective sales, as well as improving their market efficiency and increasing the safety of business trips in road traffic. As part of the project, we created a dedicated portal with reporting mechanisms, provided full program service and support for participants, as well as conducted development activities to activate participants, which resulted in activity in the program at the level of 98%!
